-unfortunately, we cannot accommodate missed pickups. If you are not able to pick up your arrangement, you can ask a friend to pick it up for you. If an arrangement has not been picked up by the end of the next day, it will be donated to a neighbor. If you need to change pick-up days, please give at least one week’s notice.
-once purchased, we are not able to do refunds for subscriptions. If you no longer want to receive your subscription, we can arrange to have it donated on your behalf.
-flower types and colors are not guaranteed, nor is a specific vase life. Information for taking care of your flowers will be provided.
-you will be automatically added to our email list when you purchase, but don’t worry, newsletters are sporadic at best :)
